HKRN Overseas Recruitment 2024 Apply Online: The Haryana government started the Foreign Cooperation Department (H.O.P.P) in 2020. The main objective of this Department is to support international bilateral and multilateral relations and to support foreign companies. Along with this, this department also helps to increase the socio-economic welfare of the state and its inhabitants. Under this, employment abroad and promote people’s skills. To meet this purpose, a cell of transfer overseas has been set up under the Department of Foreign Cooperation.
