Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam (HKRN): Haryana Government has recently set up Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) with the mandate of deploying contractual manpower and manpower of outsourced category services in Government Departments, Boards, Corporations, Statutory Entities, State Universities, and Other Agencies owned and controlled by the State Government. The HKRN Portal hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in will function under the administrative control of the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana.Haryana Government has started Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN Portal), the objective of which is to complete all the contract/DC rate recruitments in Haryana. What is Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited

The recruitment of raw employees (DC rate) in Riyana, which till now was done through contractors, will now be done by Haryana Skill Employment Corporation. With this step of the government, the contractual system in jobs will end and corruption will also reduce.

Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited is a web portal of the Haryana Government for the recruitment of Contractual, DC Rate Staff in the various govt departments.

Earlier the DC Rate/ Contractual Staff recruitment was done by the concerned department, which involved a lot of corruption in the recruitment process and a lack of transparency.

To overcome this problem Haryana Govt has launched this Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam so that Contractual Staff recruitment can be done smoothly and in a fairway.
