Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2024 :The Delhi Police Department has released the amendment notification in the recruitment rules of the recruitment of Constables (Executive). Delhi Police released the amended Recruitment Rules for the Delhi Police Constable Vacancy 2024-25 on 29 November 2024. The new recruitment in the Delhi Police for the Constable Posts will be done based on these new recruitment rules. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For General Candidates:
- 10+2 (Senior Secondary) pass or its equivalent from a recognized board/university.
- Relaxation:
- Minimum qualification is 11th pass for Bandsmen, Buglers, Mounted Constables, Drivers, Dispatch Riders, and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Ex-Agniveers: Additional 3 years (with 5 years for the first batch of Agniveers).
Selection Process
- Written Examination:
- Computer-based test (CBT) covering General Knowledge, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
- Running and other physical endurance activities.
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT):
- Verification of height, chest, and other physical standards.
- Document Verification:
- Verification of educational and category certificates.
- Medical Examination:
- Final selection is subject to medical fitness.
