Central Electronics Limited (CEL) Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. Written Examination:
   • Objective-type questions, 2 hours duration.
   • Part-I: Technical Knowledge (60 questions)
   • Part-II: General Aptitude (40 questions covering English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness)
   • Negative marking: 0.25 for incorrect answers.
2. Trade/Practical Test:
   • For shortlisted candidates based on written test scores.
   • Minimum qualifying marks: 40% (General/OBC/EWS), 35% (SC/ST).
3. Final Merit List:
   • Written Exam: 60% weightage
   • Trade/Practical Test: 40% weightage
