REET 2024 Age Limit, Eligibility

Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for the BSER REET Exam 2024. However, there may be an age limit while applying for the REET Mains Exam for Teaching Jobs.

Level-I (PRT) Class I-V Eligibility:

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulation, 2002.
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
• Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) passed

Level-II (TGT) Class VI-VIII Eligibility:

• Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) passed or appearing in the final year of this course.
• At least 50% marks either in Graduation or Post Graduation and B.Ed. passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
• Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year B.Ed. passed, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year B.A. /B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.U
